Mailing Address

Spain Office is located in Barcelona at the intersection of Balmes and Diagonal.

Spain Office provides a Mailing Address, which can be used as a business address for your business cards and letterheads, or as a private address for personal mail.

The Mailing Address is:

Please note that this address may only be used as the registered address for a Spanish corporate entity if you have formed the company with us or are using our accounting service.

Mail Scanned and Forwarded

Spain Office will receive all your mail, including mail sent by courier. Spain Office scans and forwards your mail to the email you provide.

Note that we are not a parcel service. We are happy to forward the occasional parcel, but we cannot accept parcels on a regular basis.

Meeting Room Facilities

Spain Office provides a meeting room comfortable for up to 6 people. Or, you may use an office room instead. WiFi is available in all our rooms. Beyond 10 hours/month of use, we will charge you on a per-hour basis.

Dedicated Phone Line

With your Dedicated Phone Line, all calls will be transferred to your fixed line number or mobile number, no matter where you are in the world. Or, if you prefer, we can set up voice mail, in a number of languages. You listen to your messages when and from where you wish.

For virtual office clientes, the redirected calls are FREE of charge if the monthly cost to us is under 10€/month. Over this, you will be charged for the redirected call as if the call had originated from our Barcelona office, based on the standard phone company rates. There is no extra charge if you choose the voice mail option.

For co-working clients with a phone line, you will be charged at cost, based on the standard phone company rates. There is no extra charge if you choose the voice mail option.

If you would like an additional Dedicated Phone Line, it will be charged at 30€ per month.

Live Receptionist

Our receptionist in Spain will handle the incoming calls on your dedicated line. You just pass us a rough script and information about your business so that we can handle your calls properly, whether they are sales calls or customer support calls. We can answer the calls both in English and in Spanish. This is a more cost-effective solution than hiring your own staff.

Our fixed price includes up to 300 calls per month during regular business hours. If you have additional needs, please contact us and we can offer a customized proposal.

Co-working Space

Join us! We strive to make our office an enjoyable place to spend your time and get things done. You can also rent space for a few days a month, but with a full co-working membership you have your own dedicated desk. We also have private offices available if you prefer.

Administrative Support

We are happy to provide any administrative support that you might need. You may need help with government paperwork and requirements, legal help, or support for your clients. Just let us know your needs, and we will pass you a quote.

Company Formation
