What are the fees to begin service?
You pay three months' service up front. This will pay for the first two months. The other month of payment we will retain as a deposit to pay for your final month of service. When you pay, you tell us whether you want service to begin immediately or at a later date.

Are any other charges incurred besides the monthly fee?
If you have any dedicated lines, then you are charged only for the calls made. Otherwise, there are no extra charges unless your volume of usage exceeds certain levels:

What is the minimum subscription period?
The minimum subscription period is 3 months.
Is there a refund if I want to terminate service?
There is a full refund if you cancel service during our 14-day money-back guarantee period. Otherwise, if beyond the 3 months minimum service and the month is paid for when you call us to cancel, then you will receive a refund of your deposit. Or you may call to cancel and tell us to use the deposit to pay for the final month.
What if my phone number or forwarding address changes?
Just give us the new information and we will effect the changes immediately. There is no charge to make any changes.
